Page Aspen Hub provides cold storage inventory audit services for personal cryptocurrency holdings. Our services include physical device inventory, backup assessment, and address reconciliation as described in individual engagement letters. We do not provide investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, key recovery, or trading services.
3. Website use
You may browse this website for informational purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission. You may not use this website for unlawful purposes or to submit false information through our contact form.
4. Engagement terms
Audit services are governed by separate engagement letters that specify scope, fees, confidentiality, and deliverables. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for that specific engagement.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, logos, and layout — is owned by Page Aspen Hub unless otherwise noted. Audit reports delivered to clients are licensed for the client’s personal and estate planning use. Redistribution of reports requires written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
Page Aspen Hub provides audit and documentation services based on information you supply and devices you present. We are not liable for losses arising from incomplete disclosure, inaccurate records you provide, or market movements in the value of your holdings. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
7. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that an audit will uncover all devices, addresses, or backups. We do not guarantee that our reports will be accepted by courts, tax authorities, or third parties, though we design them for such use where appropriate.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Page Aspen Hub against claims arising from your misrepresentation of holdings, unauthorised access to third-party devices, or use of our reports beyond their intended purpose.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to service terms for active engagements will be communicated directly.
10. Dispute resolution
Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, under Korean law.
