1. Information we collect
Website inquiries. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected audit type, preferred date, and message content.
Audit engagements. During active engagements, we collect device inventories, address lists, storage location descriptions, and correspondence necessary to deliver our reports. We do not collect or store seed phrases, private keys, or passphrases.
Technical data. Our website may collect anonymised analytics data if you accept cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
2. How we use your information
We use inquiry data to respond to your request and prepare fee estimates. We use engagement data solely to perform the agreed audit and deliver reports. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process inquiry data based on your consent when you submit the contact form. We process engagement data based on contractual necessity to perform audit services you have commissioned.
4. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for twelve months unless an engagement follows, in which case they are incorporated into the engagement file. Engagement files are retained for seven years after report delivery, then destroyed unless you request earlier deletion. Working notes containing sensitive observations are destroyed within thirty days of final report delivery unless archival copies are separately agreed.
5. Your rights
Under applicable Korean privacy law and, where relevant, GDPR for EU residents who engage our services, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. 6. International transfers
Our primary data storage is in the Republic of Korea. If you engage us from outside Korea, your data may be transferred to and processed in Korea. We apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
7. Security measures
We use encrypted storage for engagement files, restrict access to assigned auditors, and maintain clean-desk policies during on-site work. No transmission method is completely secure; we encourage clients to avoid sending sensitive key material via email.
8. Third-party services
We may use email providers and cloud storage for business operations. These providers process data under data processing agreements. Analytics cookies, if enabled, are described in our Cookie Policy.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are directed at adults managing personal holdings. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
